Designing for industrial scale means tackling immense data density. In this role, I owned the end-to-end interaction architecture for an internal project management ecosystem. I focused on modernizing legacy workflows by analyzing the deep-seated pain points of engineering and operations personnel. Through structured persona building and iterative co-creation sessions with internal teams, I transformed disjointed spreadsheets and fragmented data silos into a highly scannable, map-centric command center. This work empowers project teams with the precise data visualization and interaction flows needed to monitor vast regional assets with absolute clarity.
